Breast size: If you are having regular cycles and your nipples are fully developed, that is your breast size. Otherwise, see your gyn.

Yes: An electric double breastpump can help you pump more (may only be slightly more), but in a shorter period of time than hand-expressing or using a manual pump.
A member asked:

How long will my breasts be swelled and tender?

After breast feeding: Breast engorgement is common when milk first comes in... That is a good sign for most new moms. If you don't want to breast feed, do not express milk. Wear a tight bra and apply ice. You can also take a pain reliever. Without pumping or feeding, no new milk is stimulated, and it should go away after a few days.

Probably hormones: It depends on why they were sore in the first place. If they were sore or tender before or at the start of your period this is a response to the hormones in your body at that time. These cycle throughout the month, making your breasts tender or sore at some times but not others.

It is also common for breast tenderness to occur in the first trimester of pregnancy, but it is normal for it to resolve.
