Depends: Birth control pills is indicated to prevent conception unless it is indicated for other medical reasons should not be used if no contraceptives is needed. May have side effects.

YES: If there's a good medical reason. Best to discuss it with your doctor - of if your dr already prescribed it, tell the dr why you're undecided. Drs cannot know your thoughts/plans/worries unless you share them. Good time to start.
