Possible not likely: Women do get pregnant after having their tubes tied, though the chance is about 3-5/100 in the 15 years from having the tubes tied until menopause. If you are late for your period, and have breast tenderness and nausea be sure and check a pregnancy test. Feeling tired, bloaty and hungry have a lot of causes including food sensitivities, thyroid problems, stress, not likely pregnancy.
