Symptoms: It is way too soon to know if you are pregnant. At 4 days after intercourse, your random collection of symptoms may be related to anxiety over possible pregnancy, viral infection, STD/STI, but not to pregnancy itself. Check a pregnancy test if your period is late. See your doctor for STD testing if symptoms continue
