A member asked:

I have a bunch of dots on my forskin when i pull it back.it does not itch or hurt.they are little tiny white/yellowish spots\bumps. can it be milia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See answer: Milia is most commonly used to describe the little plugs of keratin in the glands of the skin of the face that are common feature of newborns’ faces. Milia of the penis a misnomer and what you are describing are likely either prominent sebaceous glands or what are called "fordyce spots": small, raised, 1-3 mm pale or white spots or bumps and which are a normal anatomical variation in many men.
