Not likely: Urine pregnancy test pick up the pregnancy hormone HCG when it reaches a certain level. Most test will pick up a level of >20miu/ml. Sometimes when the urine is dilute the test may be negative. However, the HCG level at a missed menses is usually higher than 20.
