Molluscum contagious: This pox viral infection is benign and will usually resolve within about 4 months, but duration may depend upon the immune status of the patient. There is no antiviral therapy effective against this, but if lesions are unsightly there are several mechanical means of removing these bumps. See a dermatologist.
