Any sexual trouble if bent penis?

Peyronies?: I would get it check out. You may have a problem that needs attention. Some curvature can be problematic. Doesn't have to be. If concerned, get a urologist to check and see what is going on.

Depends how bent: Mildly bent penis should not be a problem. Severe bend, either congenital or due to peyronie's disease can be problematic and deserves cosultation with a reconstructive urologist. Or a pedioatric urologist if patient is still a child.
