Prostatitis : Symptoms most consistent with non-bacterial prostatitis which if present can be managed in a variety of ways. Assuming no fever, no obvious testicular swelling, no significant burning with urination, can likely wait until your md appt. Avoid or restrict caffeine, spicy foods, alcohol in meantime which can irritate prostate.
