Seven Years of Pain: This is not normal. It is also unusual to not have reached out to the gynecologist you trust the most to discuss this situation so that a diagnosis can be made and a treatment instituted. Please get to your gynecologist for testing and examination.

See doc: Could be lots of things, including ovarian cysts/tumors, uterine issues, scarring/adhesions from prior C-section (if you had one), adhesions from other surgery, GI issues, other.
