Actually...: Most of the work supports minimal protection from benign hyperplasia and no effect on cancer (jama 2004) which is what i'd expect from basic medical science. Trusting that you ejaculate often enough to stay comfortable and to keep that special person (if any) happy. Some men prefer to wait a while for a more intense experience; others like as often as possible. Both are healthy. Enjoy yourself.
