A member asked:

I've got a hard bump on my penis. painless unless irritated, sometimes produces sebum. i'm sexually active but always use protection. what could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hard Bump on Penis: A sebaceous cyst is a type of cyst that forms in the epidermis, the outermost layer of the skin. Sebaceous cysts are common, noncancerous, and are generally not a serious condition. The only treatment is surgical excision. See your doctor to make sure of the diagnosis.
