Let it drain: Let it drain, just put a pad under it and once it is all drained you will fell better.

Get seen.: If you have a pilonidal cyst it may be a good idea to be evaluated to make sure that the whole thing has drained so you are not subject to a recurrence. Until then, clean the area with hydrogen peroxide and cover with a dry gauze pad.
