Yes.: You can have herpes anywhere, but mucous membranes (mouth, nose, genitalia, etc.) are prime locations. On the other hand, the presence of a sore on (or in) your nose does not necessarily mean you have herpes. You'll need to see a doctor or your local public health clinic to find out if it's herpes - or if it's not, what it actually is.
