Reinfection: Get a new husband. Sounds like you are being exposed by re infection through a third person. If you and your partner both take effective antibiotics, then you would not test positive again unless there was another sex partner involved.

See your gyn right: Away as you need to get treated and if you slept with your husband after you slept with your other partner your husband needs to be treated ! so you need to tell him, as obviously your partner got the chlamydia from at least one other person.

STD: Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease (std), which means you get it by having sex with someone who has it. If your husband is your only sexual partner, then you got it from him. In men, infection with chlamydia can occur without any symptoms, so men may not know they have it. Regardless, of symptoms or test results, if you have chlamydia, your husband needs treatment also.

Nothing: He didn't catch it. Nobody really understands why a particular person won't pick up a particular strain of chlamydia. It's still wise for both of you to take medication -- the test is not 100% sensitive.
