Need more info: How long ago were your tubes tied? If surgery was recent, then surgery itself can cause abnormal spotting/period. Maybe that your cycle was interrupted by surgery. Tubal ligation itself unlikely to affect bleeding after 1-2 cycles. See doctor if you're concerned or if you want to regulate cycle with birth control.
