Probably not: I don't think that you are pregnant, but i would go see a doctor so they can make a proper diagnosis and explain to you what the possible reason is for your lack of a period.

Not Likely: You're not pregnant unless you got pregnant in the last 2 weeks, since that's about how long it takes for a pregnancy test to turn positive. Most likely you haven't ovulated since you stopped the pill. I would recommend seeing your doctor, especially if you wish to become pregnant.
