Chronic prostatitis: This would be an unusual cause and is also often suggested as treatment for prostatitis. The seminal tract (prostate, seminal vesicles, epididymitis) are drained by ejaculation. Emptying these pathways of secretions is quite helpful, especially if they have been affected by an inflammatory condition.
