Depends: More information is needed to answer this question accurately. When did you separate? Or, rather, when did you last have sex with him? When exactly was the negative chlamydia test? If test was neg june 15th and you broke up june 16th, then unlikely you gave it to him. Assuming as well, that you didn't have any new partners while you were breaking up with him, etc.
