A member asked:

Left testicular pain and sensitiveness despite negative ultrasound, urine culture, urinalysis, std check and prostate check? any suggestions

A doctor has provided 1 answer

pain: There is a small appendage that hangs from the testes called the testes appendix. This small segment of tissue can twist and become ischemic. This is very painful. Have first hand experience and will not forget it. In time, usually a few days this will resolve. Other things that can cause testicular pain include orchitis (inflammation of the testes) and kidney stones (referred pain).
