Varies: Some women will resume normal cycles by five months after the last dose of Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone). However it is not unusual to have menstrual disturbances for up to 18 months - yes up to 1 and 1/2 years after even a single dose of Depo-Provera -provera (medroxyprogesterone).
