Impossible to tell: 'sharp pain' is a far too generic term for the internet/this forum. A doctor needs to know size, duration, distribution, origin and site of pain, consistency, color, borders, physical characteristics, point of origin and your history. A photo is ok, but physical examination is best. Please see your doctor for any lesion/abnormality for best info. Good luck.
