Non-specific: Variation in red cell size can be due to many reasons, e.g., iron deficiency, hemolytic anemia, folate (folic acid) and/or B12 deficiency. All lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the test is usually in the best position to do that.
