Too many possible: There are too many rashes that can be in that location. You will need to see a doctor to have it diagnosed and then you can get the correct treatment.

Needs examination: A rash on your arms could be due to many reasons. Shingles, Allergy, eczema, contact dermatitis, Hand/Foot/Mouth disease, Autoimmune diseases. You need to see a Dr to diagnose the cause and treat accordingly
