Not pregnancy: If this is occurring at the beginning of each menstrual cycle it is definitely NOT pregnancy. At age 41 you are probably not ovulatory with each cycle at will soon be entering the peri menopausal stage where period changes are common. If you have pregnancy doubts, do a pregnancy test.
