See your doctor: Or go to the er. Pain, if any, as a medication side effect should have abated by now. Did you have any alcohol while on flagyl? It can cause. An Antabuse (disulfiram) like reaction that can include high blood pressure and a hemorrhagic stroke or bleed into your brain.If you did have alcohol while on it i recommend you go to the er and have a ct scan to rule out bleeding in your brain as a cause for headaches!
