Depo: There are many Depo-Provera injections. .. Please clarify which Depo injection are you alluding to. Trimethoprim.. if for reasons is to be taken for long time, Megloblastic anaemia may occur, because it inhibits an enzyme dihydrofolate reductace. If that is the case.. what ever Depo preparation you are taking, its not okay. I don't know if I answered the question .
