Common: Breakthrough bleeding is actually fairly common with Depo, especially when starting treatment and towards end of shot when next injection is due. I'd keep a diary of your bleeding and discuss with doctor next time you go in for injection unless you have other problems you feel are associated. Then I'd see them sooner.
