It depends...: If your doctor is a contracted member of your insurance plan, and your deductible and co-insurance level is reasonable, the cost should be nominal. Ask your doctor's office staff the check your benefits and provide you with an out-of-pocket estimate. This should be pretty close to your exact cost.
