It just needs...: To heal up. I would apply traumeel cream (or ointment) to help promote healing. It is homeopathic and available online or at most whole foods stores. This is anecdotal, but I have been personally using it for myself my family and my patients for 25 years. It is very safe, so you can apply it as often as you want. Sometimes i will apply it four or five times a day on cuts on myself.

Post surgery treatme: If this was a simple shave removal surgery without stitches , i would recommmend vaseline two times a day applied. It should be covered by an occlusive bandaid.
