Ibuprofen and beer: There will be no negative interaction. Ibuprofen can irritate stomach, and so can beer, but this sould not be an issue. Eat a bit of food.

Yes: Ideally, put something else in your stomach (like a snack) so pill and/or alcohol do not upset stomach.
