Wouldn't suggest it: Ibuprofen has a lot of potential side effects, but chief among them is stomach irritation, which can lead to actual hemorrhage in the stomach and duodenum. Alcohol increases the chance of this happening. The non-prescription strength is 200 mg, and 3 of them would be 600 mg, a prescription strength. This should not be done without discussion with a physician who knows your full medical history etc
