Ibuprofen and beer: There will be no negative interaction. Ibuprofen can irritate stomach, and so can beer, but this sould not be an issue. Eat a bit of food.

The big concern many people take about with alcohol and ibuprofen is the concern over further irritation and subsequent bleeding from the stomach/upper intestinal tract and/or irritation of the liver. Taking it with food at least can help protect your stomach.
