Not a problem: The baby is well protected and an ice pack, if it makes you feel better, will not harm your pregnancy.

Not a problem: The stomach wall combined with the rich vascularization of the uterus will prevent the ice/cold from reaching your developing baby. If the pack helps a problem, then go for it.
