Vaginal discharge: Vaginal discharge is often a sign of infection. Bacterial vaginosis is a common infection that causes malodorous discharge, that is often worse after intercourse or towards the end of your period. Yeast infection can also cause discharge. Sexually transmitted infection (STI) is another possibility and should definitely be tested for, if you have had unprotected sex.
