Hard to say: It's possible it's the start of your upcoming period which is not unusual for a period to start kind of slowly like that sometimes. On the other hand, it's also possible that it's a sign of pregnancy but I would really advise waiting to test after a week of not starting a full period to get an accurate result. Best of luck.
