Depends on the cause: If the child haste any sharp or brocken/decayed teeth , can cause tongue blisters , but if there is no apparent intra oral cause for the blistering, then the cause might be from git . Have him or her checked by a pediatric doctor to determine any gastric infections or malfunctions
