Rhinoplasty: Generally, bruising is gone after 10-14 days. Most swelling is gone in 3-4 weeks although the last bit of swelling may take several months to fully resolve.

Variable: Some people barely bruise, while others bruise a lot. The bruises usually resolve in weeks. Most swelling is gone in months, but entire swelling takes a year to resolve.
