Not quite: By fever maybe you mean a rise in basal body temperature. Your body temperature rises 0.5 degrees fahrenheit after ovulation, which is the time when you can get pregnant. This is caused by the body's secretion of progesterone. Temperatures should be obtained before getting out of bed, first thing in the morning. Usual temperature prior to ovulation is 97-97.5f or 36.1-36.3c.
