Reflux most likely: You don't mention if there are any other symptoms such as pain or difficulty swallowing. It may be nothing, but I also see similar symptoms (globus sensation) in patients with acid reflux, tonsil or lingual tonsil issues, thyroid nodules, or enlarged thyroid gland.
