Glomus sensation: Feeling like there's something stuck in the back of your throat, or glomus sensation, can be associated with many things, such as inflammation of part of the larynx/hypopharynx (part of the throat), cricopharyngeal spasm or gastroesphageal reflux (GERD). It can also be attributed to psycogenic causes and/or stress. I recommend you see your doctor for a complete history and physical exam.
