Laryngitis: Sometime streptococcal throat infection or laryngitis can give you the feeling that something is stuck in the throat. Mostly it's wireless, but it can be picked her out. You should go to your primary care physician and get the throat checked.

Glomus sensation: Feeling like there's something stuck in the back of your throat, or glomus sensation, can be associated with many things, such as inflammation of part of the larynx/hypopharynx (part of the throat), cricopharyngeal spasm or gastroesphageal reflux (GERD). It can also be attributed to psycogenic causes and/or stress. I recommend you see your doctor for a complete history and physical exam.
