Rule out appendix: Any pain in the lower right side needs evaluation. This is the area of the appendix and can be an emergency. Remember though, most cases of right lower pain will not end up being appendicitis. See you doctor soon for evaluation. If you have fever, nausea or vomitting then this needs to be evaluated in an er now.
