Doxycycline for hangnail infection?

Nail infection: It may work but normally it is not the first line antibiotic. Normally, Keflex is best choice. Next, would be Bactrim. Another is Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) or erythromycin. Only if you allergic to these then Doxycycline would be used.
