Vaginal yeast: Doxycycline and other antibiotics can trigger vaginal yeast infections. Contact the clininc or doctor where the doxy was prescribed. If your symptoms are sufficiently typical and they agree yeast is likely, they might give advice for self treatment. Any of several OTC treatments are available; look for active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, etc). Good luck.
