Don't need to wait: You really do not need to wait two periods; you may begin trying to conceive immediately. In some cases, however, your body may have "forgotten" how to ovulate becasue of the hormonal assistance received from the pills. Sometimes ( not always) it may take several months before you are regulated. Vit= need folate (folic acid) at least 0.4 mg.
