Is there any specific reasons why i have very heavy periods? they last 8 days and really hurt. can anything help? no birth control, we're ttc.

Heavy periods: There can be many reasons for heavy periods including anatomical abnormalities such as fibriods. If you don't conceive in 6-8 mos go to a gyn and start a work up. Certain med such as antiprostglainds can help with heavy bleeding and painful periods.
