If a person doesn't take anti depressants what's happens ?

Lots could happen: If it has been recommended that you take anti-depressants for your depression and you don't take them your symptoms could remain unresolved. However, medication is not always necessary. Seeking psychotherapy with a psychologist can be immensely helpful in addressing depression. All the best!

Rebound?: If stopped suddenly after taking for a while, rebound symptoms can be severe - depression, suicidal ideation, etc.
