Probably: Pcos means that ovulation is very irregular. It is extremely difficult to pinpoint ovulation without the help of ovulation predictor kits or ultrasound. Speak to your physician about possibly lowering your male hormone levels, lowering your Insulin levels, and helping the ovulation process with some medications.
