Nope, just: Let nature taake its course. The rate pf pregnancy is about 15% per month, make sure to use folic acid.

No need to elevate: There is no need to elevate your hips to optimize pregnancy. A women's cervical mucous mid-cycle is designed to "trap" the sperm and help transport it to your fallopian tube. Hip elevation will play no role in augmenting this.

Absolutely not: The position of your hips and the angle of your vagina are far less important than the timing of your cycle. You basically need to be ovulating in order for the sperm to fertilize the egg.
