Probably okay...: Some semen flowing out of vagina after ejaculation is common depending on the volume and site of ejaculation. It's a good practice to stay on bed as long as you can after receiving ejaculation if hoping pregnancy is your wish. At least, you got c-section before; and i assume it's with your current husband. If not, a different story has to be considered and addressed. See experts for infertility.
